Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns. All purchases are considered final once the order has been placed.

Please make sure to carefully review product details, sizes, colors, and shipping information before completing your purchase.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders that have been successfully processed or delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement item if necessary.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
